1. How many building are there in total?
a. There are a total of 2 Building with approximately 2000 condo unit for sale. Each building is approximately 60 stories tall.

2. How many units available are for sale right now?
a. There are approximately twenty units currently available for sale.

3. How many Floor plans?
a. There are 3 Floor Plan plus penthouse. 2 for the studio and 1 for the one bedroom.

4. When will 2 buildings break ground? Possession Date?
a. Both buildings will start construction at August of 2005 and be completely done by end of 2007.

5. How can I reserve a unit?
a. Call Nancy at 626-964-8302 to check availability.
b. The unit can be reserved over the phone for 5 days. If contract and initial deposit is not received within these 5 days, the unit will be cancelled.

6. Where do I sign the contract?
a. Purchase Agreement can be signed at Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas or it can be FedEx to you.

7. What is the payment Process?
a. Initial Deposit: $50,000
i. Check Payable to: "Nevada Title Company"
b. 1st Installment/When: 10% at August 2005
c. 2nd Installment/When: 10% at February 2006
d. 3rd Installment/When: 10% at July 2006
e. Will the check by cashed? Where will it stay at?
i. The check will be cash and held at Nevada Title Company in a non-interest bearing account.

8. Rent revenue spilt?
a. If you decide to participate in the Owner Rental Program with the Grand Hyatt it will be a 50/50 spilt.

9. What is loan process going to be like?
a. Cosmopolitan does not have a prefer lender. 2-3 month before Close of Escrow, you should start the loan process with any lender of your choice. Lender recommendations are available upon request.

10. HOA? Property Tax? Other fees?
a. HOA is approximately $368/month
b. Property Tax is approximately 1%
c. No other fees are projected at this time.

11. Can clients pick furniture?
a. Each unit will be fully furnished, from bed sheets to silverware wall paintings. However all interior decoration will be standard. However each floor plan will have its new own unique interior decoration.

12. View Direction
a. The North facing units has a view of Bellagio, Caesar Palace, and Mirage.
b. The South facing units has a view of New York New York, MGM, and Excalibur.
