INTRODUCTION

Kunshan is an industrialize city that lays 45 kilometer or 30 minute drive from Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai. Its strategic location and convenient transportation between major cities makes it a prime candidate for a strong future growth. Due to its close proximity to Shanghai, Kunshan is often referred to as "The Tenth Town of Shanghai". Villas are divided into Duplex and Single Family Resident. The Duplexes are two residential homes connected by a common wall. The Single Family Resident stand independently by themselves. Each Villa is 3 stories high plus a basement and an attic. Each Villa will have direct access to the lake and garden. Currently, there are only 20 Duplex unit and 16 Single Family units available for sale worldwide. Duplex price are $534,000-$610,000. Single Family Resident price are $940,715.
